You should normally receive an e-mail the moment your parcel is shipped. If you want to track your order through the website, you can do so in the section “My account”. The information can be found under “my order history”.

  • Orders are usually handled within 48 hours after receiving your payment. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we aim to provide you with a link as soon as possible, which allows you to track your parcel online.

  • The delivery costs includes packaging, handling and postage. This cost can consist of both fixed and variable parts, depending on the price and weight of your order. We recommend you combine multiple purchases into one order. We cannot merge multiple orders and are obliged to bill you for delivery costs of separate orders.

  • We provide extra care to parcels containing fragile products.

  • However, if you do encounter an issue with your delivery or parcel, contact us within 48 hours, if possible with a picture illustrating the problem. You can do so via e-mail on the address
