ORDER STATUS

You will receive an email when your item is shipped.

However, you will find all the information related to your order in "History and details of your orders" under "My account".

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING & RETURNS

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off with signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

A special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

If nevertheless you encounter a problem with your delivery or the parcel, you shall take photographs of the goods and contact us within 48H. via email : support@teatower.com
