Tie Guan Yin is an oolong Chinese tea originally cultivated in Fujian Province (China) and Taiwan. Its name means Goddess of Mercy. For according to legend, it was cultivated close to the temple of Guanyin where an iron effigy of the goddess was. Its low oxidation gives a very floral tea, with fresh and vegetal notes.
